摘 要:量化小型公路工程建设项目施工阶段出现的各种问题的频率,确定项目团队对每个问题采取行动的时间,可以避免无效管理产生的不良后果。文章根据研究目标确定了三个研究问题及对应的研究假设,将问题管理划分为问题识别、问题解决、问题监控三类,并作为三个关键变量;采用群体差异推理测试,分析不同类型问题的识别与解决时间,探讨项目团队优先处理及最短监测期的问题,并使用Kruskal-Wallis H检验和成对比较作为事后检验。结果表明:OI、OSC和DEO问题在施工中发生频率较高,应特别关注;UCC和DEO问题能较早被识别和解决;CPC和CSS问题则因复杂性和隐蔽性难以被发现;UWC和CPC问题的监测周期较短,OI、OSC和UO等问题的监测周期较长。研究成果对于公共机构的建筑环境资产维护,特别是对公路工程规划方面具有积极的推动作用。Quantifying the frequency of various problems that arise during the construction phase of small scale highway engineering construction project and determining the time taken by the project team to take action on each problem can avoid the undesirable consequences of ineffective management.This paper identified three research questions and corresponding research hypotheses based on the research objectives,and divided problem management into three categories:problem identification,problem solving,and problem monitoring,which were identified as three key variables.The group difference inference test was used to analyse the time of identifying and solving the different types of problems,and to explore the problems that are prioritized for the project team to deal with and the problem of the shortest monitoring period,using the Kruskal-Wallis H-test and pairwise comparisons as post hoc tests.The results of the study show that OI,OSC and DEO problems occur more frequently during construction and should be given special attention;UCC and DEO problems can be identified and solved earlier;CPC and CSS problems are difficult to detect due to their complexity and hidden nature;and the monitoring period for UWC and CPC problems is shorter,while the monitoring period for OI,OSC and UO problems is longer.The research results have a positive impact on the maintenance of building environment assets in public organizations,especially in the planning of highway engineering.
