摘　　要：为充分掌握内蒙古自治区交通运输应急资源现状,文章以应急管理三个阶段实际应用为导向,选取部分应急资源为调查统计内容,采用SWOT方法剖析了内蒙古自治区交通运输应急管理发展现状、主要问题、形势需求和风险挑战,从六个方面提出发展策略和建议,旨在进一步丰富和完善内蒙古自治区交通运输应急管理“一案三制”体系,为推进应急管理体系和能力现代化建设提供参考和借鉴。To fully grasp the current status of transportation emergency resources in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this article was guided by the actual application of the three stages of emergency management,selected some emergency resources as the survey and statistical content,and used the SWOT method to analyze the current development status,main problems,situation needs and risk challenges of transportation emergency management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The development strategies and suggestions are proposed from six aspects,aiming to further enrich and improve the"one case and three systems"system of transportation emergency management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and provide reference for promoting the modernization of emergency management system and capabilities.
