摘　　要：国家物流枢纽高质量发展是推动物流产业高质量发展的重要组成部分,而发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点,关系到“十四五现代物流发展规划”能否顺利完成。文章对各类型国家物流枢纽在高质量发展时期的生产效率进行了DEA测算,得出各类型物流枢纽存在发展差异较大、缺乏规模效益、亟需转型升级等问题,提出形成新质生产力发展的新模式、自身发展兼顾整体发展、积极进行转型升级行动三项建议。研究成果可为国家物流枢纽的有序建设提供一定的参考。The high-quality development of national logistics hubs is an important part of promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry,and the development of new quality productivity is an inherent requirement and important focus of promoting high-quality development,which is related to whether the"14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Logistics Development"can be successfully completed.The article uses DEA to measure the production efficiency of various types of national logistics hubs in the period of high-quality development,and concludes that there are large development differences among various types of logistics hubs,lack of economies of scale,and urgent need for transformation and upgrading.It puts forward three suggestions:forming a new model for the development of new quality productivity,taking into account overall development while developing itself,and actively carrying out transformation and upgrading actions.The research results can provide a certain reference for the orderly construction of national logistics hubs.
