摘 要:溶剂萃取法湿法磷酸净化过程中产生的尾气含有大量有机溶剂,与空气混合有燃烧危险,尾气有异味影响周边环境,消耗溶剂影响生产成本。介绍有机尾气处理方法及湿法磷酸净化有机尾气处理现状。利用大孔径树脂吸附技术对湿法磷酸净化的尾气进行回收处理,优化处理条件,回收其中的有机溶剂,处理后的尾气中有机物质量浓度小于100 mg/m^(3),溶剂回收率大于99%,可节约生产成本450万元/a。The tail gas produced by solvent extraction method for wet-process purification phosphoric acid contains a large amount of organic solvent,which poses a combustion risk when mixed with air.The tail gas has an odor that affects the surrounding environment,and the consumption of solvents affects production costs.The treatment methods of organic tail gas and the current status of organic tail gas treatment in wet-process purification phosphoric acid plant are introduced.Large-diameter resin adsorption technology is used to treat the tail gas of wet-process purification phosphoric acid and recover organic solvents,treatment conditions are optimized.After treatment,the mass concentration of organic matter in tail gas is less than 100 mg/m^(3),the solvent recovery rate is greater than 99%,which can save production costs by 4.5 million RMB Yuan per year.
