摘  要:为提高云南磷化集团有限公司800 kt/a硫黄制硫酸装置的热能利用率,降低消耗,通过低温位热能利用、冷凝水回收、串级发电技术运用及吸收塔低位布置、填料更换、循环酸泵使用变频器调节流量等,装置吨硫酸产汽量增加0.5 t,工艺水的消耗降低1.2 t,发电量增加15 kW·h。In order to improve the thermal energy utilization efficiency and reduce consumption of the 800 kt/a sulfur based sulfuric acid plant in Yunnan Phosphate Group Co.,Ltd.,a series of measures are adopted,including low-temperature thermal energy utilization,condensate water recovery,cascade power generation technology,low-level arrangement of absorption towers,replacement of fillers and use of frequency converters in circulating pump to regulate flow.The steam production per ton of acid in the plant increased by 0.5 tons,the consumption of process water decreased by 1.2 tons,and the power generation increased by 15 kW·h.
