摘　　要：目的:通过大鼠脑损伤模型,验证藏药七十味珍珠丸对大鼠脑损伤区星形胶质细胞的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、创伤模型组、药物治疗组,造模后灌胃给药3 d后,对损伤区域进行星形胶质细胞免疫荧光染色及细胞计数。结果:药物治疗组损伤区星形胶质细胞数量明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七十味珍珠丸可降低大鼠脑损伤后损伤区的星形胶质细胞数量,发挥神经保护作用。Objective:To verify the effect of Tibetan medicine Ratnasampil on astrocytes in the brain injury area of rats through a rat brain injury model.Method:SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group,a trauma model group,and a drug treatment group.After modeling and gavage administration for 3 days,astrocyte immunofluorescence staining and cell counting were performed on the damaged area.Result:The number of astrocytes in the injury area of the drug treatment group was significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ratnasampil can reduce the number of astrocytes in the damaged area of rats after brain injury and exert neuroprotective effects.
