摘　　要：目的:梳理蒙医学对冠心病的观点和护理措施,以期为临床护理工作提供参考依据。方法:通过查阅文献和咨询专家、进行梳理蒙医对冠心病的辩证施护。结果:蒙医护理是以赫依、希拉、巴达干三根学说为指导思想,以调节体素、人与自然的关系为研究对象,以饮食、起居、给药、蒙医特色护理技术为主,从整体观念和对疾病变化的本质进行辩证施护的传统护理。蒙医护理特色有蒙医整体护理观念、辩证施护、蒙医特色护理技术等。结论:在护理冠心病方面蒙医护理具备辨证方法个体化、疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To summarize the views and nursing measures of Mongolian medicine on coronary heart disease in order to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Methods:Through document survey and consultant expert,sorted out the dialectical care of Mongolian medicine for coronary heart disease.Results:Mongolian medicine nursing is a traditional nursing that takes the three root theories of Heyi,xila,and Badagan as the guiding ideology,takes regulating the relationship between ti su,human beings,and nature as the research object,focuses on diet,living,medication,and Featured nursing technology of Mongolian medicine,and Traditional nursing that dialectically implements nursing from a holistic perspective and the essence of disease change.The characteristics of Mongolian medicine nursing include the holistic nursing concept of Mongolian medicine,dialectical nursing,and Characteristic nursingtechnology of Mongolian medicine.Conclusion:In the nursing of coronary heart disease,Mongolian medicine nursing has individualized of dialectical methods and significant remedy effects,which is worth clinical promotion.
