摘  要:以‘Ailsa Craig’番茄为试材,在开花期开始NaCl胁迫处理,设置0、25、50 mmol·L^(-1)和100 mmol·L^(-1)共4个浓度处理(分别标记为CK、T1、T2、T3),研究了不同浓度NaCl对番茄生长发育、光合特性、抗氧化酶活性、果实品质及产量的影响,以期为番茄高品质栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:NaCl处理导致番茄株高降低,对茎粗影响不明显;叶片光合色素含量、光合参数Pn、Gs、Tr、Fv/Fm逐渐降低,qP在不同处理间差异不显著,而Ci和NPQ逐渐升高。50 mmol·L^(-1)时超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最高,H_(2)O_(2)含量最低。随着NaCl浓度增加,番茄外观品质和营养品质指标均呈逐渐增加趋势,而产量逐渐降低。综合考虑产量和品质,推荐在‘Ailsa Craig’番茄上使用轻度盐胁迫(50 mmol·L^(-1))处理能取得较好的品质提升效果。Taking tomato‘Ailsa Craig’as the test material,and NaCl stress treatment was started at the flowering stage,and four concentrations of 0,25,50 mmol·L^(-1)and 100 mmol·L^(-1)were set(marked as CK,T1,T2,T3).The effects of different concentrations of NaCl on tomato growth and development,photosynthetic characteristics,antioxidant enzyme activity,fruit quality and yield were studied,in order to provide reference for tomato cultivation with high quality.The results showed that NaCl treatment reduced plant height and had no significant effect on stem diameter.Leaf photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthetic parameters Pn,Gs,Tr,Fv/Fm decreased gradually,qP had no significant difference among different treatments,but Ci and NPQ increased gradually.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT were the highest and the content of H_(2)O_(2)was the lowest at 50 mmol·L^(-1).With the increase of NaCl concentration,the appearance quality and nutritional quality indexes of tomato showed a gradual increase trend,while the yield gradually decreased.Considering yield and quality comprehensively,it was recommended to use mild salt stress(50 mmol·L^(-1))salt treatment on‘Ailsa Craig’tomato to achieve better quality improvement.
