摘  要:对中国内地生活垃圾焚烧发展状况进行总结,我国大多数生活垃圾焚烧发电厂综合能效指标R1达到65%以上,我国生活垃圾焚烧发电技术、装备已经形成国际竞争力,具备“走出去”优势,可为“一带一路”国家等提供中国方案。生活垃圾焚烧发电厂监管、排放达到国际先进水平。按照IPCC的同一口径比较,2021年中国内地生活垃圾处理领域人均温室气体排放量显著低于美国、欧盟,处于国际领先水平。The development situation of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)on the China mainland was summarized.Most of the MSWI power plants have reached more than 65%of the comprehensive energy efficiency index R1.The technology and equipment of MSWI power generation have formed an international competitiveness,with exporting advantage,which could provide China’s program for the“Belt and Road”countries.The supervision and emission levels of MSWI power plants on the China mainland have reached the international advanced level.According to the IPCC’s comparison of the same caliber,China’s per capita greenhouse gas emissions in the field of MSW treatment in 2021 was significantly lower than those of the United States and the European Union,and would be at the leading level in the world.
