摘 要:随着我国垃圾焚烧发电技术的迅猛发展和地方烟气排放要求的日趋严格,部分地方对垃圾焚烧发电厂提出超低排放的要求。对江苏省某生活垃圾焚烧项目采用的“选择性非催化还原(SNCR)+高分子非催化还原(PNCR)”NO_(x)超低排放组合工艺进行试验分析,总结该工艺在焚烧厂烟气超低排放的可行性、经济性,并提出工艺改进建议。结果表明:SNCR系统和PNCR系统混合投用,吨垃圾NO_(x)烟气处理成本上升较低,有利于焚烧厂降本增效。With the rapid development of incineration industry,the national and local environmental protection departments put forward stricter requirements for NO_(x)emission,some places have put forward ultra-low emission requirements for waste incineration power plants.The NO_(x)ultra-low emission combination process of selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)and polymer non-catalytic reduction(PNCR)applied in a domestic waste incineration project in Jiangsu province was tested and analyzed.The feasibility and economy of the process in the incineration plant with ultra-low flue gas emission were summarized,and the improvement suggestions were put forward.The experiment showed that the mixed use of SNCR system and PNCR systeme could make the treatment cost of tons of waste NO_(x)flue gas rise lo wer,which was conducive to the cost reduction and efficiency increase of incinerators.
