摘 要:随着城市生活垃圾焚烧处理能力的不断提升,垃圾焚烧飞灰产生量也逐年增加,处置压力越来越大。飞灰中含重金属、二英类、氯盐等毒害物质,如处置不当,将对生态环境和人类造成严重危害。垃圾焚烧飞灰的无害化、资源化处置已成为当下的重点研究课题。目前,垃圾焚烧飞灰处理技术可分为固化/稳定化技术、分离/萃取技术、热处理技术、协同处置技术4大类。本研究介绍了近年来国内外飞灰处置技术,分析了各项技术的优缺点,在飞灰的资源化利用方面进行了重点阐述;并提出强化飞灰无害化、资源化处置技术的研发能力,完善飞灰资源化处置政策及标准规范等建议,以提高其资源化处置水平。With the escalating treatment capacity of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI),the annual output of fly ash has seen a corresponding rise,intensifying the challenges of fly ash disposal.The fly ash produced by MSWI contains heavy metals,dioxins and chlorine salts.If handled improperly,it would cause serious harm to the ecological environment and human beings.The harmless and recycling disposal of fly ash had become a hot spot in current research.At present,the treatment technologies of MSWI fly ash could be mainly divided into four categories of solidification and stabilization,extraction and separation,heat treatment,collaborative disposal technology.the disposal technologies of fly ash at home and abroad in recent years were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of each technology were analyzed,and the resource utilization of fly ash was emphasized.In order to improve the disposal level of fly ash resources,it was suggested to strengthen the research and development capabilities for harmless and resource-based fly ash treatment technologies,refine policies and standards for resource-based fly ash disposal.
