摘 要:对垃圾焚烧炉火焰模式识别进行研究,基于机器视觉和稳健性统计学的方法计算垃圾焚烧过程中的火焰燃烬线。该方法具备稳健耐抗性,能够适应动态、模糊紊乱、烟雾噪音干扰严重的垃圾焚烧过程。在此基础上,设计了垃圾焚烧炉火焰模式识别软件,并现场测试验证了该方法的有效性和可用性。The flame pattern recognition of waste incinerator was studied.A method based on machine vision and robustness statistics was used to calculate the flame burning line during waste incineration.The method is robust and resistant,and could adapt to dynamic,fuzzy and chaotic waste incineration process which was seriously disturbed by smoke and noise.On this basis,the flame pattern recognition software of waste incinerator was designed,and the effectiveness and availability of the method were verified by field tests.
