摘  要:自2020年1月1日《生活垃圾焚烧发电厂自动监测数据应用管理规定》实施以来,国家对垃圾焚烧发电厂环保要求已经进入到全新阶段。如何在污染物排放数据达标的情况下,采用环保大数据智能分析污染物历史排放数据、预测垃圾焚烧发电厂未来污染物排放数据,从而指导其按需投入环保耗材,以此降低生产成本,是目前垃圾焚烧发电厂面临的现实问题。通过对垃圾焚烧发电厂的污染物排放智能控制现状以及面临的问题进行分析,设想利用环保大数据智能分析污染物历史排放数据,以此来指导垃圾焚烧发电厂实时控制环保耗材的投入使用,既满足国家环保要求,又能切实降低企业生产成本。Since the implementation of the Regulations on the Application and Management of Automatic Monitoring Data for Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plants on January 1,2020,the national environmental requirements for waste incineration power plants had entered new management stage.How to use environmental big data to intelligently analyze historical pollutant emission data and predict future pollutant emission data of waste incineration power plants when pollutant emission data meets the standards,in order to guide waste incineration power plants to invest environmentally friendly consumables as needed and reduce production costs,was a practical problem faced by waste incineration power plants at present.The status and problems of intelligent control of pollutant emissions in waste incineration power plants were analyzed.It was envisaged to use environmental big data to intelligently analyze historical pollutant emissions data in order to guide waste incineration power plants to control the use of environmentally friendly consumables in real time.It could not only meet the national environmental protection requirements,but also promote enterprises to effectively reduce production costs.
