摘  要:研究了生活垃圾焚烧厂协同焚烧处置市政污泥的应用以及对安全、环保、经济等方面的影响。市政污泥在垃圾仓内与生活垃圾共同发酵后入炉焚烧,掺烧比例约为5%,通过运行调整,锅炉焚烧稳定,机械负荷上升,热机负荷率偏差平均升高7.23%。炉渣热灼减率由0.86%上升至1.26%;炉渣量日均增加6.17 t,增长1.29%;飞灰量日均增加5.15 t,增长9.95%。烟气指标中NO_x浓度上涨明显,由37.07 mg/m^(3)增至41.73 mg/m^(3),其他指标较为稳定,均可满足环保排放要求。污泥掺烧经济性显著,处置每吨污泥可获利263元。该研究可为同行业可持续发展提供经验,也为城市污泥处置探索了新思路。The application of municipal sludge co-incineration by domestic waste incineration plant and its impact on safety,environmental protection and economy were investigated.Municipal sludge was fermented together with domestic waste in waste bin and then incinerated in the furnace.The proportion of mixed burning could be 5%.Through operation adjustment,the boiler incineration was stable,the mechanical load increased,and the load deviation of heat mechanical increased by 7.23%on average.The ignition reduction rate of slag increased from 0.86%to 1.26%;The daily average amount of slag increased by 6.17 t,an increase of 1.29%.The amount of fly ash increased,an increase of 9.95%.The concentration of nitrogen oxide in flue gas index increased significantly from 37.07 mg/m^(3) up to 41.73 mg/m^(3),the other indicators were relatively stable,all could meet the environmental protection emission requirements.The economy of sludge blending was significant,and the profit per ton of sludge could be 263 yuan.The study could provide certain experience for the sustainable development of the industry and explore a new way for urban sludge disposal.
