摘 要:由于生活垃圾焚烧厂“产能过剩”,掺烧陈腐生活垃圾及一般工业可燃固体废物已成为发展趋势。统计分析了中国东部某县域生活垃圾焚烧厂投运15个月中,一般工业可燃固体废物与陈腐生活垃圾在不同掺烧比例下对实际吨垃圾发电量、理论吨垃圾发电量与炉渣产生率的影响。结果表明:每掺烧10%比例的一般工业可燃固体废物,可提高吨垃圾发电量0.6%,炉渣产生率增长2.0%~2.5%,每掺烧10%陈腐生活垃圾,吨垃圾发电量会降低6.0%,炉渣产生率会增长4.0%~6.0%。因此,在同等垃圾处置费的情况下,可适当提高一般工业可燃固体废物掺烧比例,且陈腐生活垃圾掺烧比例建议控制为10%~15%,不宜超过20%,否则将严重影响项目效益。Due to the“overcapacity”of municipal solid waste incineration plants,the mixed burning of decayed municipal waste and general industrial combustible solid waste has become the new trend.The effects of different blending ratios of general industrial combustible solid waste and decayed municipal waste on the actual power generation per ton of waste,the theoretical power generation per ton of waste and the slag generation rate of a county municipal solid waste incineration plant in eastern China during the last 15 of operation months were analyzed.The results showed that when 10%of general industrial combustible solid waste was blended,the power generation per ton of waste could be increased by 0.6%,and the slag generation rate would increase by 2.0%~2.5%.When 10%decayed municipal waste was blended,the power generation per ton of waste would be reduced by about 6%,and the slag generation rate would increase by 4.0%~6.0%.Therefore,when under the same waste disposal fee,the proportion of blended general industrial combustible solid waste could be appropriately increased,the proportion of mixed burning decayed municipal should not exceed 20%,and it was recommended to control at 10%~15%,otherwise it would seriously affect the project efficiency.
