摘  要:随着经济社会飞速发展,水资源需求量与日俱增,长期过度开采使用地下水,华北地区产生了地下含水层疏干、地面沉降、海(咸)水入侵以及土地荒漠化等问题,但由于地下水对生态与环境具有重要作用,例如调节江河径流、保持地面稳定、维系生态环境等,因此开展华北地区地下水超采区地下水回补、推进河湖生态复苏工作意义重大,通过多措并举,河湖生态复苏工作取得明显成效。分析了华北地区地下水超采情况,介绍了河湖生态补水工作的背景,梳理介绍了近年开展的河湖生态补水工作,分析了生态补水与地下水回补的效果。With the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for water resources is increasing.Long-term over-exploitation of groundwater has resulted in the drying of groundwater aquifers,subsidence of land surface,sea(salt)water intrusion,and land desertification and other problems in North China.However,groundwater plays an important role in ecology and the environment,such as regulating river runoff,maintaining ground stability,and sustaining ecological environment.It is of great significance to carry out the over-exploitation of groundwater in North China to promote the ecological recovery of the rivers and lakes by multi-measures,the ecological recovery of rivers and lakes has achieved remarkable progress.This paper analyzes the situation of groundwater over-exploitation in North China,introduces the background of ecological recharge of rivers and lakes,summarizes the ecological recharge of rivers and lakes carried out in recent years,and analyzes the effect of ecological recharge and groundwater recharge.
