埋石混凝土在重庆市秀山县马西水库中的应用

摘  要:在大体积混凝土结构中采取埋石混凝土的施工方法,通过控制埋石比例,可有效减少混凝土的用量、水泥用量,降低大坝混凝土水化热,进而降低大坝产生温度裂缝的概率,最终提高大体积混凝土的浇筑质量,降低工程投资。以重庆市秀山县马西水库应用埋石混凝土为例,从设计方案、施工技术要求、温度及质量控制4个方面进行埋石混凝土实际应用介绍,可供类似工程参考。The construction method of buried stone concrete is employed in large volume concrete structures.By controlling the proportion of buried stones,the quantity of concrete utilized can be effectively decreased,the consumption of cement can be reduced,the hydration heat of dam concrete can be lowered,and the likelihood of temperature cracks in the dam can be mitigated,ultimately enhancing the quality of large volume concrete and reducing engineering investment.This article takes the application of buried stone concrete in Maxi Reservoir,Xiushan County,Chongqing as an example,and introduces the practical application of buried stone concrete from design scheme,construction technology requirements,temperature and quality control.It can provide a reference for similar projects.
