摘 要:自改革开放以来,国内工程保险迅速发展。随着工程建设领域风险管理意识的提升,工程保险逐渐成为工程建设的重要组成部分,在国家重点工程项目中发挥着重要作用。在水利行业,工程保险为我国一系列重大水利工程项目的建设提供了重要保障,但也面临诸多挑战。通过总结海河防潮闸除险加固工程建设过程中工程保险的相关经验,结合水利工程建设领域的工程保险发展现状,针对工程保险在水利工程建设项目中的问题,从工程保险人才培养、保险费率评估方法、保险险种及结构等方面提出了发展建议和措施。Since the reform and opening up,domestic engineering insurance has developed rapidly.With the improvement of risk management awareness in the field of engineering construction,engineering insurance has gradually become an important part of engineering construction and plays an important role in national key engineering projects.In the water conservancy industry,engineering insurance provides important guarantees for the construction of a series of major water conservancy projects in my country,but it also faces many challenges.By summarizing the relevant experience of engineering insurance in the construction of the Haihe tidal gate risk removal and reinforcement project,combined with the current status of engineering insurance development in the field of water conservancy engineering construction,and targeting the problems of engineering insurance in water conservancy engineering construction projects,development suggestions and measures are proposed from the aspects of engineering insurance talent training,insurance premium assessment methods,insurance types and structures.
