摘　　要：The 35th International Geographical Congress (IGC), themed “Celebrating a World of Difference” took place from August 24-30, 2024, in Dublin, Ireland. Organized by the International Geographical Union (IGU) and the Geographical Society of Ireland (GSI), the Congress brought together more than 2600 participants from 92 countries and regions all over the world.The opening ceremony kicked off on the evening of August 24 at the Helix, Dublin City University (DCU).
