摘 要:目的本文通过实证分析我国医药制造业市场竞争程度与研发人员投入之间的关系,为增强我国医药市场活力,促进产业结构合理化和提高产业创新水平提供参考。方法选取1997—2020年医药制造业的相关数据,基于协整理论,构建VAR模型对市场竞争程度和研发人员投入之间的关系进行分析。结果我国医药制造业市场竞争程度与研发人员投入呈正相关,二者之间呈双向影响。结论政府应激发市场活力,加大高层次人才的引进力度;企业应及时捕捉市场动态,增加研发人员投入。Objective This paper empirically analyzes the relationship between the degree of market competition and R&D personnel investment in China′s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,so as to provide reference for enhancing China′s market vitality,rationalizing industrial structure and improving innovation level.Methods The relevant data from 1997 to 2019 was selected,the VAR model was built based on cointegration theory,and the relationship between impulse analysis and variance decomposition was analyzed.Results The degree of market competition in China′s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry was positively correlated with the investment of R&D personnel.Conclusion The government should stimulate the market vitality and increase the introduction of high-level talents.Enterprises should timely capture market trends and increase R&D personnel investment.
