摘　　要：专利技术交底书是技术人员将技术方案转化为专利申请的重要媒介,本文从客体问题、新创性问题、完整性问题3个方面出发,探讨人工智能专利技术交底书的撰写建议,助力产出高质量的人工智能专利。Against the backdrop of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the integration and application of artificial intelligence technology in urban,transportation,healthcare,education,and industrial scenarios are accelerating,constantly giving rise to new forms,models,and industries.The number of artificial intelligence patents also increased steadily,greatly stimulating innovation vitality and efficiently promoting the implementation of various"smart+"application scenarios.At the same time,the efficient and high-quality output of artificial intelligence patents still facing many challenges:invention patent applications involving artificial intelligence generally contain rules and method features of intellectual activities such as algorithms or business rules,and there are potential object problems;Invention patent applications involving artificial intelligence often involve specific applications of algorithm models,and the creative foundation is not stable;Correspondingly,patent solutions involving artificial intelligence often rely on mathematical principles and formula descriptions of algorithm models,lacking specific application technical details and incomplete descriptions of the solutions.The patent technology disclosure document is an important medium for technical personnel to transform technical solutions into patent applications.This article explores the writing suggestions of the artificial intelligence patent technology disclosure document from three aspects:object problem,creativity problem,and integrity problem,in order to help produce high-quality artificial intelligence patents.
