低温等离子髓核成形术联合神经根阻滞术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效

摘  要:目的 观察低温等离子髓核成形术联合神经根阻滞术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效。方法 60例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用低温等离子髓核成形术联合神经根阻滞术治疗,对照组采用神经根阻滞术联合针刀松解术治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后3d、3个月、6个月及12个月的VAS疼痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分及治疗效果。结果 治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月,观察组VAS疼痛评分和ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率为90%,高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子髓核成形术联合神经根阻滞术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效优于神经根阻滞术联合针刀松解术,更能够减轻疼痛,改善脊柱功能。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma nucleoplasty combined with nerve root block in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with discogenic low back pain were divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Group A was treated with low temperature plasma nucleoplasty combined with nerve root block and group B was treated with nerve root block combined with acupotomy lysis.The VAS pain score,Oswestry disability index questionnaire(ODI)score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before treatment(TO)and in the 3rd day(T1),3rd month(T2),6th month(T3)and 12th month(T4)after treatment.Results The VAS pain score and ODI score were lower in group A than those in group B at T2-T4 after treatment(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate was higher in group A than that in group B(90%vs.70%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma nucleoplasty combined with nerve root block is better than nerve root block combined with acupotomy lysis in reducing pain and improving spinal function in the patients with discogenic low back pain.
