摘  要:介绍了汽车尾气排放物的生成机理、尾气分析仪的检测原理、发动机技术状况对尾气成分的影响,探析了基于尾气分析的发动机故障诊断技术。对发动机排放尾气的成分进行检测分析,结合传感器技术及数据处理方法,分析尾气成分异常的原因,实现基于尾气成分的发动机运行状态实时监测及故障诊断。研究结果可为提高发动机故障诊断准确性及效率、保证汽车安全、保护环境及提高用户体验提供参考。The generation mechanism of exhaust emissions,the detection principle of exhaust gas analyzers,and the influence of engine technical conditions on the composition of automotive exhaust gas were introduced.The engine fault diagnosis technology based on exhaust gas analysis was explored.De⁃tect and analyze the components of engine exhaust emissions,combined with sensor technology and data processing methods,analyze the reasons for abnormal exhaust components,and achieve real-time moni⁃toring and fault diagnosis of engine operation status based on exhaust components.Research results can provide reference for improving the accuracy and efficiency of engine fault diagnosis,ensuring car safety,protecting the environment,and enhancing user experience.
