摘  要:铝合金钎焊水冷板的钎焊质量对冷却系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为有效检测水冷板的钎焊缺陷,本文以检测试样确定超声波C扫描工艺,并对企业生产的水冷板进行超声波C扫描,分析了水冷板的钎着率计算以及常见的钎焊缺陷。研究结果表明:铝合金钎焊水冷板的扫查灵敏度可根据实际的被检工件来确定;超声波C扫描得到的人工缺陷位置与检测试样的位置存在一一对应关系;超声波C扫描技术能够直观地反映焊接间隙和流道堵塞。The brazing quality of aluminum alloy brazed water-cooled plate is very important to the safe and stable operation of the cooling system.In order to effectively detect the brazing defects of water-cooled plate,this paper determines the ultrasonic C-scan technology based on test sample,and carries out ultrasonic C-scan on the water-cooled plate produced by enterprises,and analyzes the calculation of brazing rate and common brazing defects of water-cooled plate.The results show that the scanning sensitivity of aluminum alloy brazed water-cooled plate can be determined according to the actual workpiece being tested.There is a one-to-one correspondence between the position of the artificial defect obtained by ultrasonic C-scan and the position of the test specimen.Ultrasonic C-scanning technology can directly reflect the welding gap and flow channel blockage.
