小儿开胃增食合剂治疗小儿厌食症的研究进展

摘　　要：查阅相关文献,总结小儿开胃增食合剂治疗小儿厌食症(IA)的作用机制可能与调控蛋白组学、调节脂质代谢水平、改善肠道微生态、调节瘦素(LEP)、神经肽(NPY)、胃动素(MTL)、胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)等有关,表明小儿开胃增食合剂通过多角度、多靶点治疗IA。但是小儿开胃增食合剂治疗IA调节肠道菌群、单胺类神经递质等机制尚不完善,今后可从这些方面进行深入研究,以期为治疗IA提供更广阔的思路和方法。The mechanism of action of Xiaoer Kaiwei Zengshi Heji(小儿开胃增食合剂)in treating infantile anorexia(IA)may be related to regulating proteomics,modulating lipid metabolism,improving intestinal microecology,and regulating leptin(LEP),neuropeptide Y(NPY),motilin(MTL),ghrelin,and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP).Xiaoer Kaiwei Zengshi Heji treating IA through multiple angles and targets,the mechanisms related to regulating intestinal flora and monoamine neurotransmitters are still not fully understood.Future research can delve deeper into these aspects to provide broader ideas and methods for the treatment of IA.
