摘  要:目的通过数据包络分析研究高等中医药院校教育资源配置现状,科学评价其投入产出效率,为提升高等中医药院校教育资源配置效率提供实证依据。方法使用2020—2021年21所中医药院校截面数据,运用DEA-BCC模型测度中医药院校教育资源配置效率,并通过非数据包络分析(DEA)有效院校的投影分析进行改进。结果21所中医药院校整体呈现为非DEA有效状态,但有效性在0.8以上,教育资源配置效率较高,仍有改进空间。结论中医药院校投入产出效率整体需进一步提升,各院校间差异较大,教学队伍和经费投入都需进一步加强。建议地方政府结合当地特点发挥政策导向功能,中医药院校加强成果转化与人才队伍建设,加大科研经费投入力度,促进中医药院校教育资源配置效率不断提升。Objective To analyze the current status of educational resource allocation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)universities using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA),scientifically evaluate their input-output efficiency,and provide empirical evidence for enhancing resource allocation efficiency in TCM higher education.Method This study used cross-sectional data from 21 TCM universities for 2020—2021 and employed the DEABCC model to measure the efficiency of educational resource allocation.Additionally,projection analysis was conducted to improve non-DEA-efficient universities.Result Overall,the 21 TCM universities were in a non-DEA-efficient state,though effectiveness was above 0.8,indicating relatively high efficiency in resource allocation,with room for further improvement.Conclusion The input-output efficiency of TCM universities needs enhancement overall,with significant variation among institutions.Teaching staff and financial inputs both require further strengthening.It is recommended that local governments utilize policy guidance in line with regional characteristics,while TCM universities should focus on knowledge translation,talent development,and increased research funding to continuously improve the efficiency of resource allocation in TCM education.
