新质生产力视角下中医药专业毕业生就业力提升对策研究

摘　　要：新质生产力概念的提出,对作为高层次人才输出方和培养方的高等教育提出了新的考题。探讨新质生产力概念对中医药教育领域的毕业生能力与高校就业工作的影响,并从中医药毕业生专业适配度问题、中医药专业就业市场结构性矛盾、中医药专业新生代毕业生就业观念、中医药毕业生就业地域和行业、中医药毕业生国际化就业路径及竞争等问题入手,深入分析了新形势下中医药专业毕业生就业面临的问题与挑战,提出从专业领域教育教学、中医药特色职业规划指导及毕业生全方位就业工作等层面进行思考并为毕业生的就业能力提升提供更多的策略和方法。The concept of new-quality productivity presents new challenges for higher education,especially as a provider and cultivator of high-level talent.This paper explores the impact of the new-quality productivity concept on TCM education,graduate capabilities,and employment efforts in higher education.It delves into issues such as the professional suitability of TCM graduates,structural contradictions in the TCM job market,employment perspectives of the new generation of TCM graduates,employment regions and industries for TCM graduates,and pathways for international employment and competition.The study analyzes the challenges faced by TCM graduates in this new context and suggests strategies for improving their employability through adjustments in professional education,career planning with a focus on TCM characteristics,and comprehensive employment support services.
