摘 要:立足“新农科”背景下中医药院校人才培养特点,结合上海地域特点及优势,发挥上海中医药大学多学科优势,从课程打通、师资互通、平台融通3个维度构建“中药+农学”协同育人模式,践行“校企合作产教融合助农、中药质量标准服务兴农、中医药文化内涵润泽育农”的新农科建设理念,推进知农爱农高质量药农结合人才培养,为新农科背景下的中药学专业建设提供思路。Based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)universities under the context of the“new agronomy”initiative,and combining the regional characteristics and advantages of Shanghai,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine leverages its multidisciplinary strengths to construct a“Traditional Chinese Medicine+Agronomy”collaborative education model.This model is built from three dimensions:course integration,faculty collaboration,and platform sharing.It implements the“school-enterprise cooperation and integration of education and production to assist agriculture,TCM quality standards to serve agriculture,and TCM cultural connotation to nourish agriculture”concept of new agronomy construction.The goal is to promote the cultivation of high-quality talents who are knowledgeable and passionate about both agriculture and TCM,providing insights for the construction of TCM major in the context of new agronomy.
