摘 要:通过对广州某商业综合体建筑进行全年空调负荷模拟计算,结果显示设计负荷的40%~80%区间内,其时间占比最高,约为67.6%,选择制冷主机时尽可能使其在高时间占比的部分负荷区间内高效运行,以达到后期运行节能减碳的目的。基于该项目的负荷特点对水冷冷冻水空调系统制冷主机的容量搭配方式进行了分析,通过建立全年空调运行模型,对不同的搭配方式进行全年能耗模拟分析,并汇总了不同制冷机组搭配方案的主要设备投资,旨在选择契合、高效、经济的搭配方式。选定制冷机组搭配方案后,提供不同负荷率下的控制策略,以供后期运营团队参考。The annual air conditioning load of a commercial complex building in Guangzhou is calculated.Through simulation analysis,it can be seen that in the range of 40%to 80%of the design load,the time proportion is the highest,about 67.6%.When selecting the refrigeration host,it should operate efficiently in the part of the load interval with a high time proportion as much as possible,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and carbon reduction in later operation.Based on the load characteristics of the project,this paper analyzes the capacity collocation method of the refrigeration host of the water-cooled chilled water air conditioning system.By establishing the annual air conditioning operation model,the annual energy consumption simulation analysis is carried out for different collocation methods,and the main equipment investment of different refrigeration unit collocation schemes is summarized,aiming at selecting suitable,efficient and economic collocation method for this project.After selecting the refrigeration unit collocation scheme,the control strategy under different load rates is provided for the reference of the later operation team.
