工业固废预制结构构件碳减排潜力研究

摘  要:新型建筑工业化因其标准化设计、工厂化生产和装配化施工等特性,有效提高了建造效率和资源利用率。为实现全产业链的低碳转型,工业固废的大规模资源化利用成为关键路径。针对中建科技装配式建筑预制构件厂的编号为YB-1的混凝土预制构件采用比较研究方法,在碳排放精确测度基础上系统揭示工业固废预制构件的减排潜力,结果显示:相较于混凝土预制构件,利用工业固废预制构件降低了构件生产全过程碳排放量的10.13%;其中,材料碳排放将降低14.51%,具有卓越的节能减排效益。因此,在建筑业绿色低碳转型的关键时期,推广工业固废的资源化利用不仅可以拓宽原材料来源,还能从源头上促进节能降碳的协同效应。Due to its characteristics of standardized design,factory-based production,and assembly-based construction,new construction industrialization significantly enhances building efficiency and resource utilization.To achieve a low-carbon transformation across the entire industry chain,large-scale resource utilization of industrial solid waste has become a critical pathway.This study adopts a comparative research method to analyze concrete prefabricated components labeled as YB-1 from the prefabricated component factory of China Construction and Science Technology Group Corporation.By accurately measuring carbon emissions,it systematically reveals the emission reduction potential of prefabricated components using industrial solid waste.The results indicate that,compared to conventional concrete prefabricated components,industrial solid waste components reduce carbon emissions across the entire production process by 10.13%,with material carbon emissions decreasing by 14.51%,demonstrating outstanding energy-saving and emission reduction benefits.Therefore,in this pivotal period for the green,low-carbon transition of the construction industry,promoting the resource utilization of industrial solid waste can not only broaden the sources of raw materials,but also foster synergistic effects in energy conservation and carbon reduction from the outset.
