经管类大学生创新能力影响因素探究——基于吉林省部分高校调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：创新能力在人才培养中具有重要地位。文章通过构建包括学科知识能力、核心通用能力、企业职务能力在内的创新能力理论模型,收集吉林省部分高校经管类大学生的调查数据,运用结构方程模型分析方法,对相关假设进行检验。研究表明:学科知识能力对大学生创新能力有显著正向影响,是创新能力形成的基础;核心通用能力对创新能力没有直接正向影响;企业职务能力对大学生创新能力有显著正向影响。研究丰富和拓展了经管类大学生创新创业教育的相关内容,对其发展具有重要理论意义。Innovation ability plays an important role in talent training.By constructing a theoretical model of innovation ability,including discipline knowledge ability,core general ability and job competence in enterprises,this paper collects the survey data of some college students majoring in economic and management in Jilin province,and uses structural equation model analysis method to test the relevant hypotheses.The research has show that discipline knowledge ability has a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of college students,and is the basis of the formation of innovation ability;core general ability has not shown direct positive effect on innovation ability;job competence in enterprises has a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of college students.The research enriches and expands the relevant content of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students majoring in economics and management,which has important theoretical significance for its development.
