摘  要:近年来,为实现我国双碳目标,风电行业进入高速发展期,装机规模剧增,新能源巡检业务变得越来越重要。风电场多分布于海上、山地和平原等地广人稀的地区,周边基础设施较差,为提高巡检的准确性和效率,保障人员安全管控,人员位置信息获取显得尤为重要。单一定位技术无法保证风电场室外定位和风机塔筒、升压站等室内定位需求,为此提出了一种基于北斗与超宽带(Ultra-Wide Band,UWB)定位技术的融合方案,该方案利用北斗定位技术进行风电场室外人员和车辆的精准定位,结合UWB技术完成风机塔筒内部定位盲区的高精度人员定位。基于高精位置信息建立智慧安全控制中心,打造可寻、可防、可控的定位管理平台,实现了对风电场设备的精准巡检。实验结果表明,该方案能够有效提高巡检的准确性和效率,具有很好的应用前景。In recent years,in order to achieve China’s dual-carbon goals,the wind power industry has entered a period of rapid development,and the installed capacity has increased dramatically.New energy inspection business has become increasingly important.Wind farm stations are mostly distributed in sparsely populated areas such as the sea,mountains and plains and the surrounding infrastructure is poor.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of inspection and ensure the safety of personnel control,it is particularly important to obtain personnel location information.Since a single positioning technology cannot meet the outdoor positioning requirements of wind farms and the indoor positioning requirements such as wind turbine towers and booster stations,a fusion scheme based on BeiDou and Ultra-Wide Band(UWB)positioning technologies is proposed.In this scheme,BeiDou positioning technology is used for the accurate positioning of outdoor personnel and vehicles in wind farms.Combined with UWB technology,high-precision personnel positioning in the blind area of internal positioning of wind turbine towers is completed.Based on high-precision location information,a smart safety control center is established.A positioning management platform that can be searched,prevented and controlled is created.The accurate inspection of wind farm equipment is realized.Experimental results show that the scheme can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of inspection and has good application prospects.
