摘 要:目的观察经皮穴位电刺激联合地佐辛对髋部骨折大鼠血清酶活性、血管生成及BMP-Smad信号通路的影响。方法24只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(Control组)、模型组(Model组)以及治疗组(经皮穴位电刺激联合地佐辛给药组),每组8只。X射线获取Garrett评分,ELISA检测各组大鼠血清ALP含量,测定各组大鼠骨体积分数与骨表面积/体积;qPCR检测各组大鼠骨髓VEGF和VEGFA的mRNA表达水平;Western blot法测定各组大鼠骨髓BMP2、p-SMAD1/5的蛋白表达。结果与Model组比较,治疗组大鼠Garrett评分明显升高,血清ALP含量降低;骨体积分数与骨表面积/体积比明显升高,大鼠骨髓VEGF和VEGFA的mRNA水平升高,BMP2、p-SMAD1/5蛋白表达升高。结论经皮穴位电刺激联合地佐辛通过激活BMP-Smad通路促进髋骨骨折大鼠的骨折愈合。Objective To observe the effects of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with Dezocine on serum enzyme activity,angiogenesis,and BMP-Smad signaling pathway in hip fracture rats.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and treatment group(percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with dezocine administration group),with 8 rats in each group.Garrett score was obtained by X-ray.The content of ALP in serum was detected by ELISA.Bone volume fraction and bone surface area/volume were determined.The mRNA levels of VEGF and VEGFA in bone marrow were detected by qPCR.The expressions of BMP2 and p-SMAD1/5 in bone marrow of rats were detected by Western blot.Results Compared with model group,Garrett score was significantly increased and content of ALP in serum was decreased in treatment group.Bone volume fraction and bone surface area/volume ratio were significantly increased,the mRNA levels of VEGF and VEGFA,and the expressions of BMP2 and p SMAD1/5 were increased.Conclusion Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with dezocine promotes fracture healing in hip fracture rats by activating the BMP-Smad pathway.
