摘　　要：中国式现代化是从局部到整体的全面现代化,边疆地区现代化无疑是绕不开的重大议题。边疆地区共同实现现代化是中国式现代化的应有之义,既能为中华民族共同体建设提供安全保障和物质基础,又可为全球发展和安全、破解边疆治理世界历史难题提供中国智慧。中国共产党始终坚持以人民为中心,高度重视边疆地区的安全、稳定与发展,在长期实践中取得了巨大成就,其边疆治理实践经验为边疆地区共同现代化提供了科学指引。新发展阶段,推动边疆地区共同实现现代化的必要性和紧迫性愈发显著。在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的伟大实践和关键时期,必须加强和完善党对边疆地区现代化建设的领导,通过发展新质生产力推进边疆地区高质量发展,加快推进边疆治理体系和治理能力现代化,高质量铸牢中华民族共同体意识,以总体国家安全观为指导筑牢边疆地区安全稳定防线,以历史主动精神加快边疆地区现代化进程,扎实推进中国式现代化边疆实践。Chinese path to modernization is a comprehensive modernization from the local to the whole country,among which the modernization of border areas is undoubtedly a major and inevitable process.The common modernization of border areas is the indispensable component in Chinese path to modernization,providing security guarantee and material foundation for the community for the Chinese nation and contributing Chinese wisdom to global development and security and to the solution of historical problems in border governance of the world.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has consistently adhered to the people-centered approach,attached great importance to the security,stability and development of border areas,making great achievements in the longterm practice,during which its practical experience in border governance has provided scientific guidance for the common modernization there.At the new development stage,it is obviously becoming more necessary and urgent to push forward the common modernization in border areas.During the great practice and critical period of comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese path to modernization,it is imperative to strengthen and improve the leadership of CPC in the modernization of border areas,promote the high-quality development of these areas through promoting new-quality productive forces,accelerate modernizing the system and capability of border governance,foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation with high quality,ensure security and stability in border areas with the overall approach to national security,and speed up the modernization process and the practice of Chinese path to modernization in border areas seizing the spirit of historical initiative.
