摘　　要：作为乡村社会的重要治理主体和乡村振兴的关键力量,乡村精英在推动基层民主政治发展、构筑农业产业精英形式、解决本土乡村纠纷和育导村民等方面扮演着重要角色。然而,当前少数乡村社会却呈现出群体解构中政治精英与经济精英并存的二元分立图景、经济精英与政治精英一体化的合流图景、文化精英的文化功能式微图景,以及赋权机制之下政治精英的权力主导图景。在推进农业农村现代化建设进程中,各类乡村精英的协同推进对于保障乡村振兴战略落地生根、资源合理配置,最终实现乡村社会全面发展至关重要。因此,若要充分发挥不同乡村精英主体的治理功能,必须深入了解和准确把握各类乡村精英主体生存的现实图景与治理角色,确保乡村振兴战略科学、高效、有序推进。As an essential governing subject of rural society and a key force in rural revitalization,rural elites play an important role in promoting the democratic political development at the grass-roots level,building an elite form of agricultural industry,resolving local rural disputes,and educating and guiding the rural populace.However,in current rural society exist various situations,including the binary separation of political elites and economic elites in group deconstruction,the convergence of economic elites and political elites,the decline of cultural functions of cultural elites,and the power dominance of political elites under empowerment mechanisms.In the process of advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,the collaborative endeavors of various rural elites are crucial for ensuring the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rational allocation of resources,and ultimately achieving the comprehensive development of rural society.Therefore,in order to let different rural elite fully exert their governance functions,it is imperative to deeply understand and accurately grasp the realities and governance roles of all kinds of rural elite subjects,so that the strategy of rural revitalization is promoted in a scientific,efficient and orderly manner.
