摘  要:以某新建高等级生物安全实验室为测试对象,按照压力衰减法进行严密性测试。测试过程中严格控制测试环境,选择可靠的测试设备,进行多次测试后选取典型案例进行分析。经多次测试和核查漏点后,发现保压时长和漏点类型具有明显的对应关系,可根据保压时长推断漏点类型,进而快速找到漏点并整改。最后总结打压测试及漏点核查过程中的实施要点、工程建设中的施工细节。A new high level biosafety laboratory was used as the test object,and the tightness test was carried out according to the pressure attenuation method.During the test process,the test environment is strictly controlled,reliable test equipment is selected,and typical cases are selected for analysis after multiple tests.After many tests and verification of the leak point,it is found that there is an obvious corespondence between the pressure holding time and the leak point type,and the leak point type can be inferred according to the pressure holding time,and then the leak point can be quickly found and rectified.Finally,summarize the key points of implementation in the process of pressure testing and leak point verification,and the construction details in the project construction.
