摘  要:介绍了某办公建筑空调冷热源节能改造经验,总结了夏热冬冷地区在资源及场地利用受限的前提下,从安全稳定和节能经济的角度,可充分利用低品位空气热能和高效磁悬浮冷水机组提升制热和制冷效率,借助互锁错峰启动,解决项目电力增容困难的难题。同时,依托原蓄冷(热)系统,减少用电高峰期的耗能,有效实现电力“移峰填谷”。相对原冷热源方案而言,该系统更为安全、高效,经济。The energy-saving renovation experience of air conditioning cold and heat sources in an office building has been introduced.It summarizes that in areas with hot summer and cold winter,under the premise of limited resource and site utilization,from the perspective of safety,stability,and energy-saving economy,low-grade air thermal energy and high-efficiency magnetic levitation chillers can be fully utilized to improve the heating and cooling efficiency.With the help of interlocking staggered starting,the problem of difficulty in increasing power capacity can be solved.Relying on the cold(hot)storage system can reduce energy consumption during peak electricity consumption,effectively achieve peak load shifting and valley filling of electricity.Compared to the original cold and heat source scheme,this system is safer,more efficient,andmore economical.
