摘 要:实验以聚合物聚酰亚胺(PI)为膜材料,纳米氧化铈(CeO_(2))为无机添加剂,以水为凝胶浴试剂,采用浸没沉淀相转化法(NIPS)制备了PI/CeO_(2)有机无机杂化膜,并采用多胺对杂化膜进行化学交联处理。以染料刚果红和CuCl_(2)溶液为目标污染物测试杂化膜的性能。实验结果表明,在CeO_(2)含量为1.0 wt%、交联剂浓度为1.273 g/L、交联时间为15 min、交联温度为80℃时,杂化膜在室温和0.3 MPa压力下对Cu^(2+)的截留率为15.9%,对染料刚果红截留率为99.6%,膜通量为25.3 L/(m^(2)·h)。还进一步探究了在此条件下制备的杂化膜对其它染料的处理效果。最后,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别观察PI膜和PI/CeO_(2)有机无机杂化膜的表面结构。Polyimide(PI)/CeO_(2)hybrid membranes were prepared by immersion precipitation phase transformation(NIPS)using polymer PI as raw material and cerium oxide(CeO_(2))as inorganic additive material while water was used as coagulation agent.After that,the hybrid membrane was chemically cross-linked with amine,and the dye Congo red and CuCl_(2)solution were used as the target pollutants for interception treatment to test the performance of the hybrid membrane.The results showed that when CeO_(2)content was 1.0 wt%,crosslinking agent concentration was 1.273 g/L,crosslinking time was 15 min,crosslinking temperature was 80℃,the rejection rate of Cu^(2+)and dye Congo red was 15.9%and 99.6%,respectively,at room temperature and pressure of 0.3 MPa.The membrane flux was 25.3 L/(m^(2)·h).Moreover,the treatment effect of the hybrid membrane on other dyes was further investigated.Finally,the surface structures of PI membrane and PI/CeO_(2)organic-inorganic hybrid membrane were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
