摘　　要：城市更新不仅要改造老的、旧的,补短板,还要有创新思维,用科技赋能城市更新。创新标杆引领,建立科学的改造施工策划,是城市更新大环境下打造服务百姓的改造项目的重点。论文通过梳理策划流程,提出城市更新重点环节的管控措施,通过平面布置、防尘降噪、永临结合、拆除施工、装配式建筑、建筑信息化等方面助力前期绿色施工策划的制定。Urban renewal is not only to renew the old one,to reduce the weakness,but also to reenergize city with innovative thinking and technology.Establishing innovation benchmark and scientific renewal construction planning,in urban renewal mainstream,are the key points to create renewed city to serve people.This article will outline the planning process and propose control measures for key aspects of urban renewal,including layout,dust and noise reduction,permanent and temporary integration,demolition construction,prefabricated buildings,and building informatization,to assist in the formulation of early green construction planning.
