超厚淤泥及淤泥质土层桩基施工质量通病原因分析探讨

摘　　要：对淤泥及淤泥质土层具有的天然含水率高、孔隙比大、抗剪强度低、低透水性、高压缩性、流变性、触变性和不均匀性等工程特性进行分析,对该种土层中桩基工程施工的质量通病进行探讨。在灌注桩施工时,主要存在塌孔、缩径、桩偏位及断桩等方面的质量通病,在预制桩施工时,主要存在桩位偏差、桩身倾斜、断桩和桩顶标高偏差等方面的质量通病。This paper analyzes the engineering characteristics of silt and silty soil layer such as high natural moisture content,large pore ratio,low shear strength,low water permeability,high compressibility,rheology,thixotropy and inhomogeneity in this soil layer,and discusses the common quality problems of pile foundation engineering construction in this soil layer.In the construction of pile pile,there are mainly quality problems such as collapse,diameter reduction,pile offset and pile breakage,etc.,in the construction of precast pile,there are mainly pile position deviation,pile body tilt,broken pile and pile top elevation deviation and other aspects of quality common diseases.
