摘  要:以青岛地铁5号线闫家山站—重庆路站始发井工地为例,结合隧道内出渣列车编组牵引机车的充电工况,以及充电过程中需要补充大量蒸馏水的背景,以节约能源、节约成本为导向,通过设计烧蒸馏水装置,将烧好的蒸馏水用于铅酸蓄电池充电,而烧蒸馏水的过程中产生了大量的冷却水,结合工地澡堂热水日用量大,探讨了将冷却水引入工地澡堂,通过设计自动控制程序,将两者有序结合起来,减少洗澡烧水量,达到能源二次利用,降低了蒸馏水的使用成本。Taking the starting well site of Yanjiashan Station to Chongqing Road station of Qingdao Metro Line 5 as an example,combined with the charging conditions of the traction locomotive of the slag discharge train in the tunnel and the background that a large amount of distilled water needs to be added during the charging process,and guided by saving energy and cost,the distilled water device is designed to use the boiled distilled water for lead-acid battery charging.In the process of burning distilled water,a large amount of cooling water is generated.Considering the large daily consumption of hot water in the construction site bath house,the paper discusses the introduction of cooling water into the construction site bath house and the orderly combination of the two through the design of automatic control program,so as to reduce the amount of water burned in the bath,achieve the secondary utilization of energy and reduce the use cost of distilled water.
