复配废油再生沥青混合料的路用性能研究

摘  要:以复配废油作为再生剂,以AC-20C为目标级配,进行了RAP掺量为0%~60%时的配合比设计,试验研究了复配废油再生沥青混合料的各项路用性能。结果表明,复配废油再生剂的最佳掺量为10%;随着RAP掺量的提高,复配再生沥青混合料高温稳定性提高,但低温抗裂性和水稳定性下降,RAP掺量不超过50%时,再生沥青混合料性能满足现行规范要求。A mixture of blended recycled oil was used as rejuvenating agent,taking AC-20C as the target gradation,the mix proportion with RAP content of 0%to 60%was designed.The road performance of recycled asphalt mixture with mixed waste oil was studied.The results show that the optimum dosage of blended recycled oil rejuvenating agent is 10%.With the increase of RAP content,the high temperature stability of the reclaimed asphalt mixture is improved,but the low temperature crack resistance and water stability are decreased.When the RAP content is not more than 50%,the performance of the reclaimed asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of the current specification.
