摘 要:针对目前车库顶板混凝土结构找坡施工存在的问题,根据设计原则联合针对性的优化措施改进施工技术及方案,最后在工程项目C的地下车库施工中进行应用,并从排水效果与经济性两方面进行评价。经过优化措施改进的材料,表观密度与28 d的抗压强度分别为1650 kg/m^(3)与17.3 MPa,同时工程的施工总成本为64.72万元。证实了研究提出的结构找坡施工技术优化措施具有有效性与可行性,实现车库兼具防水性与低成本。In response to the existing problems in the slope finding construction of the concrete structure of the garage roof,the construction technology and plan were improved based on design principles and targeted optimization measures.Finally,it was applied in the underground garage construction of Project C and evaluated from the perspectives of drainage effect and economy.The improved material properties through optimization measures are as follows:the apparent density and 28 day compressive strength correspond to 1650 kg/m^(3) and 17.3 MPa,respectively.At the same time,the total construction cost of the project is 647200 yuan.This confirms the effectiveness and feasibility of the structural slope finding construction technology optimization measures proposed in the study,achieving both waterproofing and low cost in the garage.
