摘 要:为研究公路沥青路面厂拌热再生技术的应用,改善沥青路面使用性能的同时充分利用原路面旧料,结合实际工程,阐述了厂拌热再生施工技术的特点及原理,重点对厂拌热再生沥青混合料的原材料设计及配合比设计进行分析,并制订出合理的厂拌热再生施工工艺和质量评定方案。结果表明,成型沥青路面不仅能改善原有病害情况,还可提高路面的抗滑性、防渗性、耐久性及耐磨性。In order to study the application of plant mix heat regeneration technology for highway asphalt pavement,improve the performance of asphalt pavement and make full use of old pavement materials.Combined with the actual project,this paper expounds the technical characteristics and principles of plant hot mix regeneration construction,focuses on the analysis of raw material design and mix ratio design of plant hot mix recycled asphalt mixture,and formulates a reasonable construction technology and quality assessment scheme of plant hot mix regeneration.The results show that the formed asphalt pavement can not only improve the original disease situation,but also improve the quality of asphalt pavement.It can also improve the skid resistance,seepage resistance,durability and wear resistance of the road surface.
