摘 要:介绍了沥青路面双层摊铺技术具有能够提高层间黏结性能,减少沥青混合料的温度离析、温度散失,加快施工进度等优势,详细阐述了双层摊铺技术的施工过程,以某高速公路为例,分别采用传统摊铺技术和双层摊铺技术对试验段进行施工,并比较不同施工方式的沥青路面压实度和渗水性能。结果表明,双层摊铺技术可以显著提高沥青路面压实效果、渗水性能和结构稳定性。This paper introduces the advantages of double-layer paving technology of asphalt pavement,such as improving interlayer bonding performance,reducing temperature separation and temperature loss of asphalt mixture,and speeding up construction progress.The construction process of double-layer paving technology is described in detail.Taking an expressway as an example,traditional paving technology and double-layer paving technology are used to construct the test section.The compactness and water seepage performance of asphalt pavement with different construction methods are compared.The results show that the double-layer paving technology can significantly improve the compaction effect,water seepage performance and structural stability of asphalt pavement.
