摘　　要：研究了建筑工程造价指标编制及应用,在掌握工程造价指标体系内容的基础上,从工程类型与规模、地区经济发展水平、市场供求关系、技术与材料成本4个方面分析了影响建筑工程造价指标编制的因素,同时,强调了工程造价指标的采集与整理、造价指标计算与分析、造价指标体系的建立,以及工程造价指标的应用,有助于提高建筑工程各个环节造价管理水平,提升企业整体效益。This paper studies the compilation and application of construction project cost index,and analyzes the factors affecting the compilation of construction project cost index from four aspects:project type and scale,regional economic development level,market supply and demand relationship,technology and material cost.At the same time,it emphasizes the collection and arrangement of engineering cost index,calculation and analysis of cost index,the establishment of cost index system,and the application path of engineering cost index,which helps to improve the cost management level of each link of construction engineering and improve the overall benefit of enterprises.
