摘　　要：充分利用科研院所雄厚的科研力量和科研平台,通过科教融合提升大学生培养质量,为大学生创新实践和进一步深入培养提供重要保障,为创新人才培养模式提供重要途径。以“广东海洋大学—中国热带农业科学院农产品加工研究所食品专业校外实践教学基地”为例,介绍了高校大学生校外实践教学基地的建设思路、建设内容和工作实施方案,探索了依托科研院所创建校外实践教学基地,进一步培养大学生自主创新能力,使大学生创新实践在高校教育中发挥重要作用。To make full use of the strong scientific research force and research platform of scientific research institutes,improve the training quality of university students through the integration of science and education,provide an important guarantee for the innovative practice and further training of college students,and provide an important way for the innovative talent training model,this paper takes Guangdong Ocean University-Institute of Agricultural Product Processing of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences-Food specialty off-campus practice teaching base as an example to introduce the construction ideas,construction content and implementation plan of the off-campus practice teaching base for university students,explores the establishment of off-campus practice teaching base relying on scientific research institutes to further cultivate students’independent innovation ability to make university students’innovative practice play an important role in college education.
