摘 要:以揭示朔州市输电线路大风灾害风险等级及其空间分布为目的,利用多源异构监测数据、输电线路密度及社会经济数据,采用层次分析和加权综合评价法及GIS技术,建立朔州市输电线路大风灾害风险评估模型,形成了朔州市输电线大风灾害风险区划图。结果表明:右玉县中东部至平鲁区西北部以南区域、怀仁县中西部到山阴县中北部再到朔城区以北的区域,输电线路处于大风灾害风险区划的高风险区和次高风险区;山阴县南部、应县中北部区域的输电线路是大风灾害风险区划的低风险区。2022年风险区划检验表明:朔州市输电线路大风灾害综合风险区划结果具有较高的合理性,可为输电线路设计及防灾减灾提供科学依据。To reveal the risk level and spatial distribution characteristics of gale disasters on transmission lines in Shuozhou City,based on the multi-source heterogeneous monitoring data,transmission line density and socio-economic data,we used analytical hierarchy process method,weighted comprehensive evaluation method and GIS technology to establish a risk assessment model of transmission line gale disaster in Shuozhou City,and formed the risk zoning map.The results show that the transmission lines in the southern area from middle east of Youyu County to northwest of Pinglu District,and in the northern area from middle west of Huairen County,through north-central Shanyin County,to Shuocheng District,are located in the high risk area and the sub high risk area of the comprehensive risk zoning of gale disaster.The transmission lines in the south of Shanyin County and north-central Ying County are low risk areas.The risk zoning test in 2022 shows that the comprehensive risk zoning results of gale disaster on transmission line in Shuozhou City are highly reasonable,which can provide scientific basis for transmission line design and disaster prevention and reduction.
