摘  要:针对工程建设项目智能化报建审批中存在的技术问题,研究了BIM报建审批标准化、BIM模型轻量化、审查审批智能化、全专业全流程管理一体化等一系列关键技术,提出了“标准引领、多端设计、自主格式、云端审查、协同融合”的技术思路,系统地构建了工建项目BIM报建审查审批信息服务平台。以南京市BIM报建审批改革为试点进行实践验证,实现了工程建设项目“规、建、管”全生命周期的一体化、协同化治理,提升了建设项目审批管理的精细化、科学化、智能化水平。In view of the technical problems existing in the intelligent approval of construction projects,we studied a series of key technologies such as standardization of BIM application and approval,lightweight of BIM model,intelligent review and approval,and integration of full professional and whole process management,and proposed a technical route of“standard-leading,multi-terminal design,independent format,cloud review and collaborative integration”.Meanwhile,we systematically constructed an information service platform of BIM application review and approval for construction projects which had been tested in practice in Nanjing.The platform realizes the integration and collaborative governance of whole life cycle of planning,construction and management of construction projects,and improves precision,scientific and intelligent management levels of construction project approval.
