摘 要:为探究毛纽扣射频连接器的装配状态对其射频传输性能的影响,文中通过理论分析、仿真建模和样件试验发现,连接器中心与电路板焊盘的对位精度、连接中毛纽扣的压缩量以及紧固件间距均对射频性能有显著影响。实验结果表明:连接器与电路板间的径向和轴向偏移均会导致性能的下降,其中轴向偏移的影响更为明显。此外,电路板上紧固件间距的增加会进一步恶化射频性能。因此,在设计时应严格控制装配容差,以确保连接器装配状态处于可控范围内,从而保证其射频传输性能。To explore the influence of assembly conditions on the radio frequency(RF)transmission performance of fuzz button connectors,in this paper a theoretical analysis,simulation modeling and practical testing of samples are conducted.It is found that the precision of alignment between the connector’s core and the circuit board pad,the degree of compression exerted on the fuzz buttons inside the connector and the spacing of the fasteners have significant effect on RF performances.Experimental results show that both radial and axial misalignment between the connector and the circuit board can cause performance deterioration.Axial misalignment exerts a more obvious negative impact.Moreover,an increase in the distance between fasteners on the circuit board further exacerbates the decline in RF performance.Consequently,it is imperative to rigorously manage assembly tolerances during the design stage,ensuring that the connector assembly conditions remain within a meticulously controlled range for maintaining optimal RF transmission performance.
